Paving project begins today

McCOOK, Neb. — The City of McCook has announced that a major street paving project will begin today, Thursday, September 12, and is expected to be completed by Tuesday, September 17. The project will involve several sections of Norris Avenue, and city officials ask residents to plan for potential traffic disruptions during the work.

Here is the tentative schedule:

September 12: Norris Avenue from F Street to I Street (northbound)

September 13: Norris Avenue from F Street to I Street (southbound)

September 16: Norris Avenue from I Street to O Street (northbound)

September 17: Norris Avenue from I Street to O Street (southbound)
