McCOOK, Neb. — The Baltimore Ravens have been known for epic defensive seasons, but it was McCook Football League Ravens who blanked Colts 8-0 at Weiland Field Thursday evening.

Neither team scored in this seventh-grade season opener until Bo Truska broke free to rumble 39 yards for those huge first six points.

Easton Frecks then fired a two-point pass to Jed Crawford and that Raven defense did the rest.

no Colt was stopping Ravens runner Bo Truksa (40) as he blasted free for a third-quarter touchdown that decided this McCook Football League season opener. The Ravens added a two-point conversion and then finished this defensive struggle, 8-0.
