Court issues on county agenda

McCOOK, Neb. — District Judge Patrick Heng appear at 9:30 a.m. Monday regarding budgets and salaries as part of the regular Red Willow County Commissioner meeting.

Following this, at 9:45 AM, Gretchen Wiebe, Clerk Magistrate, and Lori O’Dea, District Court Clerk, will present an agreement with the state regarding courtroom equipment.

Additionally, plans to set the time and date for opening Armor Coat and Gravel Bids will be finalized.

At 10 a.m., the agenda includes a Quarterly Jail Inspection, a routine assessment aimed at ensuring the proper functioning and compliance of county jail facilities.

Among consent agenda items are a study regarding the abandonment of a road, reappointments to the health board, an overload permit, road occupancy, special liquor licenses and other issues.
