Trojans take both titles in tri with Southwest, S.V. Eagles

CAMBRIDGE, Neb. — The Cambridge boys scored 108 and girls totaled 84 as both teams took first at Saturday’s home track-field tri.

Ironically, both teams from Southwest (46 points) and Southern Valley (22) finished with identical totals.

“It was a great way to ease into the season,” Cambridge coach Margo Kent commented. “Both Southwest and Southern Valley were missing athletes due to a church retreat. But our performances across the board were competitive.”

GIRLS
