Third Annual Teddy Bear Toss set for Friday

McCOOK, Neb. — The Third Annual Teddy Bear Toss to bring joy and comfort to pediatric patients is set for halftime at the boys’ varsity basketball game against Gering on Friday.

Sponsored by Big West Basketball, the event encourages attendees to bring new stuffed animals to toss onto the court during the break to support children facing medical challenges at Community Hospital, Curtis Medical Center, and Trenton Medical Clinic.

The stuffed animals collected will become part of the ‘Prizes for Pokes’ program at the Community Hospital Health Foundation, offering comfort to those in need.
