Welcome Baby Rice

Gering, Neb. - The Rice family is proud to announce the arrival of Cooper Brooks Rice, born Aug. 15, 2023 in Scottsbluff, Neb.

Cooper’s parents are Andrew and Alyssa Rice of Gering, Neb. He arrived weighing 7 lbs, 12 oz. and was 21 inches long.

Cooper was welcomed home by sister Graysen, 5, and brother Porter, 3.

Cooper’s maternal grandparents are Joel and Linda Smith of McCook, Neb. Paternal grandparents are Mary Rice of Sedgwick, Colo. and the late Rick Rice. His great-grandparents are David and Carol Rice, Marvin Smith, and the late Ethel Smith, and the late Donna Moore.
