McCOOK, Neb. — Howard Dean, 92, of McCook, died Thursday (Dec. 16, 2021), at Hillcrest Nursing Home in McCook.

A graveside memorial service is planned for a later date at Fort McPherson National Cemetery near Maxwell, Neb.
