ATWOOD, Kan. — Billy Pack Beamgard, 87, died Nov. 23, 2021, in Atwood.

He was born Dec. 2, 1933, in Atwood to C.W. and Gladys Innes Beamgard. He served in the U.S Army in Korea and was a teacher.

He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Donald, Rodney and Patricia Beamgard Makings; and grandson, Austin Earle Oberly.

He married Jeanine D. Gagnon. They had three children, William John “Bill,” JoLinda Lee Oberly and James Patrick “Jim”; and four grandchildren.

Visitation was Friday, Nov. 26, 2021, at Baalmann Mortuary, Atwood. Funeral services were Saturday, Nov. 27, 2021, at the Atwood United Methodist Church with burial in Fairview Cemetery, Atwood.
