Freedom in Christ

Jesus said, Love God & Love All other Humans (not just the ones in your group that love you back - as the heathen do). Scripture further says, “All who come in the name of the Lord are Not necessarily His.” And, “ I have others of another flock that you don’t know & I must go to them now.” If you are born again, & Jesus said you must be...the Holy Spirit lives in you & He will not let you be deceived for long.

If the Holy Spirit is in you & it is the same Holy Spirit in another person, He recognizes Himself! So if you are not welcome or not trusted by the other person, if you are not free to come & go, then something is wrong!

It was not Jesus’ habit to move around in secret. The Jewish officials saw Him & heard Him speak publicly frequently. His death & resurrection was the message that it is not what “you do”, but what “He already did” that makes you acceptable before God.

Salvation is a Free gift & since it is free you do not have to work for it. He said He came to give you a future & a hope & an abundant life. (There should be joy & happiness). Grace & Mercy giving us all better than we deserve & forgiveness freely lavished in Love on us. “There is No condemnation for those in Christ Jesus.”

There are many people who want to please God who are trapped in “conditioned & controlled” religious groups, having a distrust of others not in the group; therefore, becoming distrustful themselves, in fear of exposure.

If you go looking for a new denomination, religious or bible group, remember these things Jesus said. And if you are not welcome & you are born again then the one who travels with you, (Christ in you), is not welcome either! He said, “Wipe the dust off your feet as you leave that place.”

John 1:1-5 clearly states who Jesus is & elsewhere Jesus said, “If you have seen me, you have seen the Father for we are One.” The Original scriptures often used the Hebrew word “Elohim” Not the Greek word “God”. Elohim is plural, for more than one form for different duties, yet one essence.

God so loved the world that He gave Himself in the form of His son that whosoever believeth in Him shall be saved. READ: John 1:1-5 again. Jesus is the Son of God; yet Jesus & God are One.

Thought For Today:

Even if your parents grew up in the group you are with, remember even the elite can be deceived, if there is secrecy to make you all feel “special” & the only flock going to Heaven.

Jesus was “full disclosure” anything the Father told Him He shared with “anyone with ears to hear”. .If you are saved, born-again you have “Freedom in Christ” to come & go; for Christ goes with you. He paid the price to set you Free, do not be enslaved to anything that robs your joy & freedom. Jesus died & resurrected to give you that “Freedom in Christ”. Do not be intimidated by any human. You are already accepted by God; the Highest Acceptance!

Love the ones you leave behind from a distance for they, too, are made in the image of God. Pray that they will come to the knowledge of God’s Real Truth, not the counterfeit they have been following. You may have to give up friends & family to leave & stop following them. (God inspired a scripture about that, too).

To follow Jesus is to take on His Values, Characteristics & His thoughts & words become your own as you live today in the timeframe He birthed you, not living daily life today as O.T. or re-setting a foundation from 2000+ yrs ago or adding to scripture a 3rd book or writtings by a self-professed male/female prophet.

I would rather walk alone with God/Jesus in this “Day & Age in which He Birthed Me”, Following His Values, Characteristics, Thoughts, Words & Actions, than follow a few or a multitude going the wrong way. How about you?
