CAMBRIDGE, Neb. — Frank M. Langley, age 65, passed away at his home on Monday, June 4, 2018.

He was born in Cambridge on Jan. 31, 1953, to Vernon “Fritz” and Maxine (Foster) Langley. Frank attended and graduated from Cambridge High School in 1971.
In October 1972, Frank enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps. He served for eight years, with his final duty station in Lansing, Mich., as a recruiter. He was honorably discharged in 1980 as a staff sergeant
He married Sandra Olhman in 1975 and to this union two children were born, Jeffrey and Jaime. In 1982, Frank wed Dawn Jones and to this union three children were born, Jesse, Andrea and Jacob.
Frank enjoyed being with his children and grandchildren. He loved to play golf and attend sporting and school events of his family. He recently took up fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant brother, Robert C.; and a brother-in-law, Robert “Bob” Burke.
Frank is survived by his children, Jeff and wife, Kim Langley of Yuma, Colo., Jaime and husband, Randy Stewart of Cambridge, Jesse and wife, Brooke Langley of Alma, Neb., Andrea and husband, Kris Dresen of Eaton, Colo., and Jacob and Lacy (Harvey) Langley of Kearney, Neb.; nine grandchildren; three sisters, Rheta Burke of Cambridge, Sylvia and husband, Doug Stutzman of Lincoln, Neb., and Brenda and husband, Charlie Finnegan of Yacolt, Wash.; and three brothers, Mike and wife, Barb of Cambridge, Matt and wife, Sherri of Gothenburg, Neb., and Patt of Beaver Creek, Ore.
Memorial services will be July 28, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. at Lockenour-Jones Mortuary in Cambridge with Jim Jones officiating. Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery of Cambridge with Military Honors at graveside by a Marine Honor Guard. Friends may leave on-line condolences at lockenour.com.
