Two arrested on drug charges

OBERLIN, Kan. — Officers of three Northwest Kansas sheriff’s departments and the Oberlin Police Department arrested two people in Oberlin on Friday, April 13, after finding illegal drugs in a house in Oberlin.
According to a release from Decatur County Sheriff Ken Badsky, the search of a house in the 200 block of South Cass Avenue in Oberlin turned up a large number of illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia and other items believed to be used in the sale of illegal drugs.
Charges are pending. The multi-agency investigation is ongoing by sheriffs and deputies of Decatur, Sheridan and Rawlins counties and the police in Oberlin.
