'Grannie Annie' says thank-you

Dear Southwest Nebraska friends,

THANK YOU, THANK YOU for all of your support in my Adopt-a-Chaplain ministry.

I have been blessed by so many in receiving wonderful items (many sneaked into my box on the porch), Christmas cards to put in our boxes, bake sales, beautiful notes and drawings from school children and money. My cup runneth over with gratitude.

Fifty boxes each were sent to my 7 chaplains for a total of 350 boxes. I am starting to get e-mails from them that the boxes are beginning to arrive.

Praise the Lord for this.

I had 7 different packings and at least 26 people at each packing many returned several times and how do you count people who wrote cards, teachers, and offered other support? What an awesome community we live in!

Again I say THANK YOU from our chaplains and troops for making this ministry a HUGE success.
