McCOOK, Neb. — The McCook Community College Indian Boosters have extended the deadline of their annual fundraiser for McCook Community College athletics to Friday, Aug. 4.

Anyone interested in helping promote MCC’s athletic programs are invited to send a contribution.

The MCC Indians Boosters, Inc. is a non-profit organization formed in 1996 to support the growth and prosperity of McCook Community College through its sports programs.

Last year there were approximately 120 full-time student-athletes attending MCC in six sports: men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball, men’s golf, baseball and softball.

The Boosters provide book scholarship funds to MCC for athletes, publish the media sports guides, assist with the purchase of uniforms and equipment, provide some meals for athletes when the dorm is closed, sponsor special events and promotions and assist with improvements to fields and gyms.

All levels of contributions are accepted and all donors are listed in the media sports guide if their contributions are received prior to press on Aug. 4.

To become a donor, complete the online donor form at www.mccboosters.com, and mail your contribution to the MCC Indians Boosters, Inc., PO Box 936, McCook, NE 69001-0936.
