LINCOLN, Neb. -- Georgia "George" L. Longley, 75, of Lincoln, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2016.

She was born on Jan. 4, 1941, in McCook, Neb., to George and Wilma (Ahrens) Schleeman.

She was employed with Square D and retired from Gooch Foods. Her biggest joy in life was spending time with her grandchildren and great -grandchildren.

She is survived by son, Ronald Phillips; daughter, Lisa (Jeff) Laabs; daughter, Julie Rogers (Harry Arnold) and daughter-in-law, Sharron Phillips, all of Lincoln; grandchildren, Ronnie, Brandy, Bradley, Mike, Eli, Eddie, and Colby; 20 great-grandchildren; sisters, Donna Drewes, Patricia Kotschwar, and Sharon Gummre; and brother, Terry Schleeman.

She was preceded in death by husband, Dan; parents; brothers, Herman and Teddy; three infant brothers; and sister, Raymounda.

Memorials may be given in care of the family

Memorial graveside service is 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2016, at Lincoln Memorial Park 6700 So. 14th (Meet gate 2).
