Citta' Deli expands offerings, hours
McCOOK, Neb. -- By popular demand, Citta' Deli of McCook is changing its hours and expanding its menu.
Bill and Jade Lesko, the Citta' Deli owners, announced that the expanded hours and menu additions began Aug. 24.
The new hours are Monday and Tuesday, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Wednesday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m (dinner menu from 5 p.m.-9 p.m.)
The major changes are for the dinner hours when Citta Deli offers a full dinner menu with tableside wait staff. Some of the menu additions are white wine mussel appetizer, a variety of pasta and ravioli dishes, traditional Italian entrees like lasagna, manicotti and chicken parmesan. The dessert menu has also been expanded, including the addition of an eight-inch tall, six-layer chocolate cake for two.
Further changes are coming at the deli at 110 West Third Street, with Lesko announcing that the deli is applying for a liquor license. The license will allow Citta Deli to serve wine and beer.
Citta Deli opened on St, Patrick's Day in 2015. Going forward, Lesko said Citta Deli will continue to expand to serve the Italian deli's growing customer base.
