Weblink available for 'Marketing Hometown America' volunteers
McCOOK, Neb. -- A new weblink is available for people who want to pitch in on any of four main projects that grew out of the "Marketing Hometown America" Action Forum Jun 30 and Town Hall meeting July 7.
Nebraska Futures Institute's strategic intern for McCook, Andrew Ambriz, has established a link to "Marketing Hometown America" activities on the McCook Economic Development Corp. website.
"The main purpose," Andrew said, "is that the link gives people an opportunity to submit their name to be part of one of the four main projects."
To see for yourself what Andrew is talking about, go to: www.mccookne.org
"Feel free to give it a look-see," says Andrew.
The four main projects for which volunteers are needed are: (1) Vacant Homesteading; (2) Neighborhood Trailer; (3) Community Website; and, (4) Norris/REA Memorial.
