Arapahoe woman indicted on mail theft charge

OMAHA, Neb. -- An Arapahoe woman was one of 15 defendants indicted by the federal grand jury for Nebraska, according to U.S. Attorney Deborah R. Gilg.
The woman, Ashley D. Rupp, 26, is charged with theft of mail on or about Nov. 4, 2015.
The maximum possible penalty if convicted is 5 years imprisonment, a $250,000 fine, a 3 year term of supervised release, and a $100 special assessment.
