OBERLIN, KAN. -- Lois G. Lamb, 89, died Monday (Jan. 25, 2016). at Good Samaritan Society-Decatur County in Oberlin.

She was born June 7, 1926, in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She was a homemaker and certified nursing assistant.

She was preceded in death by husband, John Lamb, Sr.; parents, Frank and Pearl (Moore) Jordan; daughter-in-law, Patricia Lamb; and two sisters, Donna Hester and Hester Lomme.

Survivors include son, John Lamb, Jr. and wife, Francheska of Las Vegas, Nevada; brothers, George (Sadie) Jordan of Winnsboro, Texas and Charles (Betty) Gamble of Houston, Texas; sisters, Lorraine (Norman) Clouse of Ogallala, Nebraska, Helen (Frank) Real of Boulder, Colorado, and Vivian Roberts of Sacramento, California; and two step-grandchildren.

Services are Saturday, Jan. 30, 2016, 2:30 p.m. at Pauls Funeral Home in Oberlin with the Rev. Gordon Pettibone officiating. Interment is at Fort McPherson National Cemetery in Maxwell, Nebraska.

Visitation is Saturday, Jan. 30, 2016, after 9 a.m. at Pauls Funeral Home in Oberlin.
