Gonzalo Aguilar Jr., 38, 207 S. Sixth Street -- violate domestic assault protection order (Class I misdemeanor stemming from Feb. 15, 2015, incident at 2:22 a.m. at 207 S. Sixth Street) probation 12 months; domestic assault third degree, dismissed by Red Willow County Attorney Paul Wood. Aguilar was convicted of disturbing the peace in November of 2014, amended from initial charges of third degree domestic assault and strangulation and involving the same victim, Alicia Aguilar, according to the probable cause affidavit.
