BIRD CITY, Kan. --Roberta "Bobbie" Poorman, 78, of Bird City, died Sunday (June 21, 2015), at Hays Medical Center in Hays Kansas.

She was born April 19, 1937, in Durango, Colorado. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Poorman, in 2006.

Survivors include her children, Lorna Poorman of Overland Park, Kansas, Rhonda Burger of Grandview, Missouri, and Delena Vaughn of Farmington, New Mexico; brother, Manny Meade of Topeka, Kansas; sister, Nita Morrow of Burlington, Colorado; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren,

Services are Thursday, June 25, 2015, 1:30 p.m., at Knodel Funeral Home in St. Francis, Kansas. Inurnment will be at a later date at Pershing Cemetery in Limon, Colorado.

No visitation, cremation was chosen.

Memorials may be given to the Bobbi Poorman Memorial Fund.
