Offenders captured

McCOOK, Nebraska -- Two of Red Willow County's most wanted criminals were apprehended earlier this week thanks in part to tips provided by area residents.

32-year-old Sara G. Roth was apprehended by law enforcement officers Wednesday evening and 41-year-old Jeff Eugene Sprenkle was apprehended Thursday morning.

The Red Willow County Sheriff's Department praised local response to a request for assistance issued earlier this week and thanked area residents for their tips and assistance.
