NORTHGLENN, Colo. -- Warren was born on Dec. 28, 1922, in Stratton, Nebraska, and passed away peacefully at home on April 26, 2015, in Northglenn, Colorado.

He attended School District 13 and graduated in 1940 from Stratton High School.

In 1943, he was drafted into the U.S. Navy, where he served on troop transport ships during World War II. He served for three years until his discharge.

He had been a member of the Masons since 1947.

He is survived by daughter, Kristi Sutton and son, Doug Sutton; sister, Janice Cheves of Albuquerque, New Mexico; brothers, Morrison Sutton of Stratton and Ellis Sutton of McCook, Nebraska; niece, Jacque Crane; and many other loving family members and friends.

Warren was known for his fun personality and kind heart. He will be lovingly remembered.
