Arnold E. 'Andy' Anderjaska
GAITHERSBURG, Maryland -- Arnold E. "Andy" Anderjaska, 86, died Friday (Jan. 29, 2015).
He graduated from Curtis High School in 1944 and from the University of Notre Dame, receiving his masters in aeronautical engineering from George Washington University. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. After retiring from the Federal Aviation Administration, he continued his career at Aerostructures and TDA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Lucy Anderjaska; sister, Joan Barger, and brothers, Jerry and Conrad Anderjaska.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Anderjaska; children, Anne and Lew O'Neil of California, Teresa and husband, Joe McHugh, John Anderjaska, Mary Jean McCarthy and Tom and wife, Vicky Anderjaska, all of Maryland; sisters, Clare Uerling of Indianola, Nebraska and Audrey Suiter of McCook, Nebraska; brothers, Bernard Anderjaska of Loup City, Nebraska, Tom Anderjaska of Hayes Center Nebaska, and 13 grandchildren.
Services were Feb. 7 at St. Martin of Tours Church in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
