COLBY, Kan. -- Irene Mae Kehlbeck, 97, died Thursday (Feb. 5, 2015), at Prairie Senior Living Complex in Colby.

She was born March 16, 1917, in Carlton, Nebraska.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin "Curley" Kehlbeck in 1977; and son, Don Kehlbeck in 1992.

Survivors include her daughter Marilyn (Everett) Feltham of Foristell, Missouri, four grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Services are Monday, Feb. 9, 2015, 10:30 a.m. at St. John Lutheran Church in Bird City, Kansas. Burial is at the Bird City Cemetery.

Visitation is Sunday from 1 to 7 p.m. at Knodel Funeral Home, 202 S. Benton in St. Francis, Kansas.

Memorials may be given in her name to the church or Prairie Senior Living Complex in Colby.
