Bison Booster hamburger feed set Aug. 21 before scrimmage
McCOOK, Neb. -- It's time again for the Annual Bison Boosters Hamburger Feed, Thursday, Aug. 21, just before the football scrimmage.
On the menu are hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, baked beans, chips, cookies and drinks available from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. for a free-will donation to support the McCook High School athletic programs. The scrimmage begins 7 p.m. at Weiland Field.
Bison Boosters are grateful for the Hamburger Feed donations from: McDonald's, Nick's Distribution, Frito-Lay, KICX, Schmick's Market, Sehnert's Bakery, AmFirst Bank, First Central Bank, and Walmart.
If you would like to make a donation to Bison Boosters and be included in the printed program, please bring your check with you to the Hamburger Feed and deliver it to a Bison Booster board member. They are: Bob Elder, Darren Esch, Tom Wiemers, Dan Unger, Jennifer Morgan, Sharyln Coleman, and Joann Barenberg.
Bison Boosters contributed to several projects last year: Bleachers for High School Gym, Game Backpacks for Volleyball, Mobile Camera System for Football, Camera with HUDL system in High School Gym, Pole Vault Standards and Spring Boards at Track, Track Suits for Track, Wind Screens at Tennis Courts, Wall Padding at Lift, and Sponsored Bus Trip to Omaha Playoffs for Football.
