Gail E. Miller

BIRD CITY, Kan. -- Gail E. Miller, 82, died Saturday (July 19, 2014), at Bird City.

He was born July 14, 1932, at Thomas County, Kansas.He was a farmer and also a bus supervisor at the school.

He was preceded in death by his son, Loren Miller, in 1991.

Survivors included children, Brian Miller and Randy Miller of Bird City, Lori Driskell of Wichita, Kansas, and Valorie Hubbard of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; sisters, Kay Windfree of Tillamook, Oregon, Lila Runge of Culbertson, Nebraska, and Twila Miller of McDonald, Kansas, and nine grandchildren.

Services are Wednesday, July 23, 2014, 10 a.m. at Wesleyan Community Church in Bird City. Burial is at Grace Cemetery in McDonald, Kansas.

Visitation is Tuesday, 1- 7 p.m. at Knodel Funeral Home in St. Francis, Kansas.

Memorials may be given to the American Legion in McDonald.

Knodel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
