LINCOLN, Neb. -- Luana A.M. Gray, 55, died Tuesday (July 8, 2014), in Lincoln of cardiac arrest.

She was born May 22, 1959, in Stratton, Nebraska, to Ozro James and Phyllis (Merklin) Gray.

She grew up and attended school in Benkelman, Nebraska. She married Scott Sis and to this union three children were born.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ozro James and Phyllis (Merklin) Gray; grandparents, Herbert and Gladys Gray and Manila and Albert Merklin; and two nieces.

Survivors include her three daughters, Sarah Elaine of Lincoln Nebraska, Nicole Lou and Katrina Lee, both of Columbus, Nebraska; sisters, Jeanne Lavonne Anderson of Mesa, Arizona, Aloha Elaine Kier of Max, Nebraska, and Anna Jane Gray of Brock, Nebraska; and six grandchildren.

Memorial services will be Saturday, July 26, 2014, 2 p.m. at Trinity Baptist Church in Benkelman. Burial to follow at Benkelman Cemetery.
