GRAND ISLAND, Neb. -- Paul Welsh, 46, formerly of Culbertson, Nebraska, died April 4, 2014, at his home in Grand Island.

Survivors include his parents, William and Sharon Welsh of Culbertson; brother, Mike and wife, Susan Welsh of Grand Island; uncles, Jerry Packard of Arthur and Rex Welsh of Denver, Colorado; aunts, Clairel Welsh of Denver and Jean and Norvan Elmshauser of Ogallala, Nebraska; along with a host of cousins.

A memorial service will be Friday, May 16, 2014, at 2 p.m. at Prairie Hills Funeral Home in Ogallala with John Long officiating. Inurnment will be in the Ogallala Cemetery. A memorial has been established in his memory. Condolences may be shared at prairiehillsfuneralhome.com.
