ST. FRANCIS, Kansas -- Glenn D. Glasco, 89, died Saturday (Jan. 25, 2014), at Good Samaritan Society in St. Francis.

He was born Aug. 3, 1924, in Cheyenne County, Kansas. He was a farmer and rancher.

Preceding him in death was his daughter, Connie Huxman, in 2008.

Survivors include his wife, Mildred "Millie" Jones Glasco and son, Lynn Glasco, of Bird City, Kansas; five grandchilden and five great grandchildren.

Services are 1:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 14, 2014, at Immanuel United Methodist Church in Bird City. Inurnment is at a later date at the Bird City Cemetery.

There is no visitation.

Memorials may be given to the Good Samaritan Society in St. Francis for a PA system.
