DENVER, Colorado -- Lyn Eugene Wiley, 58, of St Francis, Kansas, died Saturday (Dec. 21, 2013), at Presbyterian St. Luke Hospital in Denver.

He was born to Lloyd and Norma (Mudd) Wiley April 5, 1955, at Fort Scott, Kansas.

He was an agriculture teacher.

Survivors include his parents, Lloyd and Norma (Mudd) Wiley of Fort Scott; wife, Cynthia J. (Shafer) Wiley of St. Francis, Kansas, sons, Dustin Wiley of St. Francis and Darin Wiley of College Station, Texas; and brother, Dion "Pete" Wiley of Fort Scott, Kansas.

Services are Friday, Dec. 27, 2013, 10:30 a.m. CST at United Methodist Church in St. Francis. Burial is at Grandview Cemetery at Wray, Colorado.

Visitation is Thursday, Dec. 26, 2013, from 11 a.m. to 7 pm. CST at Knodel Funeral Home in St. Francis.

Memorials may be given to ALS Research or toward an ag scholarship.
