John and Kathy Mabile of McCook, Nebraska, will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary May 12. Their relationship started with a six-cent stamp when John was stationed in Germany. Their family includes children, Tasha (and the late Jason Allen), Max and Angel, Trina and Charlie McPherson, Raedin, Eden and Avelyn and Luke Mabile, all of McCook.
