ST. FRANCIS, Kansas --Robert Van Burrus, 90, died Tuesday (April 3, 2013), at the Cheyenne County Hospital in St. Francis, Kansas.

He was born March 4, 1923, in Red Willow County, Nebraska. He was a lumber yard manager.

Survivors include his wife, Nola M. (Kelly) Burrus of St. Francis, daughter, Glori Ann Milne of St. Francis, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Services are Friday, April 5, 2 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in St. Francis. Graveside services will be by the Masonic Lodge at the St. Francis Cemetery.

Visitation is today until 7 p.m. at the Knodel Funeral Home, 202 S. Benton in St. Francis.

Memorials may be given to the church, St. Francis Senior Center or the Cheyene County Hospital.
