CASA GRANDE, Arizona -- Ron Brown, 69, formerly of MCCook, died March 22, 2013, at Case Grande.

He was born Feb. 20, 1944, to Edgar and Thelma Brown. He grew up in Griggs, Oklahoma. He married Shirley Harris on Nov. 14, 1964.

He retired from Brown Well Service and moved to Casa Grande.

He was preceded in death by parents, Edgar and Thelma; brothers, Robert, Harry, Weldon and Charles; and sisters, Mina, Nona, Linda, Lavelle and Merle.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley; sons, Todd and Brian; brothers, Wayne, Olin, Winston, Don and Dean; sisters, Edwyna and Grace; six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

By request, the family celebrated his life in private and there will be no public service.
