CHAMPION, Nebraska -- Donna Levy, 61, a longtime resident of Champion, died Monday (March 18, 2013), at Bryan LGH Medical Center in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Survivors include her husband, Rand of Champion; daughter, Lori Stutzman and husband, Dusty of Arnold, Nebraska; son, Carl Levy and his wife, Julie, of Champion; mother, Loretta Shaw, of Grainfield, Kansas; brother, Jim Shaw, of Dodge City, Kansas; sister, Nancy Sumpter and husband, Vic, of Wichita, Kansas and three grandchildren.

Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. (MT), Saturday, March 23, 2013, at the United Methodist Church of Imperial with the Revs. Valera Heydenberk and Robert Call officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery in Imperial.

Visitation is Friday, March 22, 2013, from 2-6 p.m. (MT), at Liewer Funeral Home in Imperial.

A memorial has been established in her name.
