VENICE, Florida -- Wilma E. (Rall) Steier, 88 died Feb. 3, 2013, at Venice.

She was born March 4, 1924, to William C. Rall and Louise (Gaede) Rall. She grew up in Hoxie, Kansas.

She married Robert Steier Aug. 8, 1954. She lived and worked in McCook for 55 years.

She was a member of the Eagles and Lutheran Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Steier, in 1977; four brothers, Ted, Ervin, Bob, and Bill and two sisters, Mary and Helen.

Survivors include her son, Fred Steier, his wife, Ping; four brothers, Kurt, Elmer, Larenz, and Gaehart; three sisters, Rose, Louise, and Leona; three sisters-in-law, Betty, Doris, and Evelyn and four brothers, Kurt, Elmer, Larenz, and Gaehart; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

A memorial services was Feb. 8, 2013, in Venice. Inurnment was at McCook Memorial Park Cemetery in McCook, Nebraska.

Memorials may be given in her name to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
