FREMONT, Nebraska -- Marjorie E. Paschall Hicks, 85, died Wednesday (Jan. 9, 2013), at the Pathfinder house in Fremont.

She was born Feb. 21, 1927, in Lexington, Nebraska, to Pete and Hattie 'Welliver' Richards. She grew up in Lexington, Nebraska. She graduated from Lexington High School in 1944. She married Robert Paschall in 1946 in Lexington. After her husband passed away, she married Herman Martin in 1988 in McCook, Nebraska and he passed away in 1991. She married Dale Hicks in 1992 in McCook and he passed away in 2011. She moved to Fremont.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Rudy Richards; sister Leora 'Richards' Walters and an infant son, Larry Paschall.

She is survived by her sons, Ronald and wife, Gayle Paschall of Fremont and David Paschall of Trenton, Nebraska; daughter, Jeanne and husband, Steve Martins of Omaha, Nebraska; six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

There will be no local services. Graveside services will be Saturday, Jan. 19 at 1:30 p.m. in the Greenwood Cemetery in Lexington.

Memorials may be given to Memorial United Methodist Church, 105 East E, McCook, NE. 69001.
