BUCKEYE, Arizona -- David M. Salisbury, 62 of Buckeye, Arizona, passed away Friday, Dec. 28, 2012.

Dave was born March 12, 1950, in McCook, Nebraska, to Frank M. and Martha C (Hubbard). Woody, as he was known throughout school, graduated from McCook High School in 1968.

His parents, sisters, Carol and Judy (Riggs), precede him in death.

He is survived by his wife, Diana (Thomas); his children, Stephanie Gustin and Ryan; their mother, LaVonne (Leibrandt); his step-children, Misty (Orrell) and Eddie Orrell; his brother, Robert; his sister, Janice (Archer); four grandchildren, five step-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Dave's life will be held on Saturday, Jan. 19 at Thompson Funeral Chapel in Goodyear, Arizona, at 3 p.m. with reception details to follow. Online condolences may be made at www.thompsonfuneralchapel.com.

Dave was loved by many and he will be greatly missed.
