SELDEN, Kansas --Leone Porsch, 93, died Sunday (Jan. 6, 2012), at the Decatur Health Systems in Oberlin, Kansas.

She was born Nov. 22, 1919, in Clay County, Kansas, to Ernest and Clarice Mottin. She was raised near Miltonvale, Kansas, in Clay County. She attended Miltonvale High School and resided in Selden.

She was a member of the Selden United Methodist Church and Selden Rose and Garden Club.

She married Cleo Anderson in 1941 and Francis Porsch in 1974. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Clarice Mottin; first husband, Cleo Anderson; siblings, Leon and Basil Mottin and Mildred Guy.

Survivors include husband, Francis Porsch of Selden; three daughters, Julia Otter of Hays, Connie (Joel) Bryan of Scott City, and Lorraine (Gerald) Ackerman of Columbus, Montana; nine grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Services are Friday, Jan. 11, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Pauls Funeral Home with the Rev. Cyd Stein officiating. Interment is at the Selden Cemetery.

Visitation is Thursday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday, 8 a.m. until service time, at the funeral home.

Memorials may be given to Selden United Methodist Church and Decatur County Good Samaritan Society.
