Staying active with the grandkids

Lorri Sughroue/McCook Daily Gazette Issiah Heflin and his grandma, Rita Heflin, both of McCook, take advantage of the warm weather recently and practice some baseball on the front lawn. Rita says she loves to play with her grandkids, whether it's baseball, throwing a football or chasing the soccer ball. She says she likes to exercise but not because she's worried about her weight. Instead,""I'm going to be 60 in a few months and I want to be able to get back up if I take a tumble!"
