BARNARD, Missouri -- Wiley Claude (Frank) Wagner, 61, of Barnard, Missouri, passed away, Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012 at his home.

Wiley was born on April 7, 1951, in Cambridge, Nebraska, to Wiley and Evelyn (Brown) Frank.

He was a graduate of Wilsonville High School and McCook Community College.

He married Jo Ann Nixon on Dec. 18, 1970, in Cambridge, Nebraska. She survives of the home.

He was involved in A.A. of McCook, Nebraska, and loved fishing and hunting.

Wiley was preceded in death by his parents; step-father, Boyd Wagner; brothers, Ronald Frank and Larry Wagner, and sister, Virginia Wagner-Hanes.

Additional surviving family includes children, Dawn Wagner, Shawna (Shamus) O'Brien, Boyd Wagner, Valerie Wagner; grandchildren, Shaina Wagner, Caden Wagner, Stephanie O'Brien, and Adrianna Wagner; siblings, Donna (Don) McCully, Ed Hanes, Diana (Kevin) Kraning, Don (Margaret) Evans, David (Cindy) Frank, Danny Frank, Donna (Billy) Edmundson, and Debbie McKinny.

Mr. Wagner has been cremated under the direction of Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel.

Memorial Service 11 a.m. Saturday at Community of Christ Church, Guilford, Missouri.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
