CASA GRANDE, Arizona -- Ralph E Polson, Jr., 77, of Casa Grande, formally of Springfield, Nebraska, lost his battle with cancer Oct. 26, 2012.

He was born and raised in Stratton Nebraska. He served in the U.S. Navy and was in K-Mart management until he retired.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Eugene.

Survivors include his wife, Marilyn; a daughter, Debra of Casa Grande and a son, Robert and wife, Dee, of Springfield Nebraska; two brothers, Bernard and wife, Dawn of Lincoln, Nebraska and Richard and wife, Sharon of Stratton; a sister, Donna and husband, Irl Lautenschlager of Carter Lake Iowa; four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Cremation was chosen, no services at this time.
