Jason A. Colby, 31, 902 East C Street -- dog at large, dismissed by City Attorney Nate Schneider; vicious dog ($500), amended by Schneider to potentially vicious, $250 fine, charge was amended from harboring an animal that has killed a domestic animal without provocation to harboring an animal that has caused injury to a domestic animal without provacation.

Michael Norton, 45, 1002 W. Fourth Street -- theft by unlawful taking (copper valued at $200), $100 fine.

Nichol L. Lytle, age unavailable, 803 E. Sixth Street -- dog at large, $50 fine.

Audrie M. Krepcik, 22, 911 East Second Street --dog at large, two counts, amended by City Attorney Nate Schneider to one count, $50 fine.

Jennifer R. Cain, 42, Glenwood, Iowa -- leaving the scene of a property damage accident, $150 fine. Cain collided with the southeast corner of a duplex and nearby landscaping, located on Coppermill Court, she continued through the yard of the residence before leaving the area without stopping or reporting the accident. The collision caused an estimated $4,500 in damage to Cain's vehicle and an estimated $5,000 in property damage, according to the accident report.

Branden M. Lucas, 16, 305 West H Street -- speeding 34 mph in a 25 mph zone, $25 fine; no insurance, dismissed by County Attorney Paul Wood.
