INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana -- Floyd McDonald Ervin, 92, died April 3, 2012, in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was born in Danbury, Nebraska, on Dec. 24, 1919, the grandson of Red Willow County pioneers. He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Jean Ruth Lownie Ervin. Committal services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2012, at the Indianola Cemetery.
