McCOOK, Nebraska -- Robert Wayne Fishel, age 77, passed away Saturday, June 16, 2012, at McCook Community Hospital.

He was born Dec. 3, 1934 to R.C. and Rosalee (McElrath) Fishel in Toppenish, Washington.

Robert married Marilyn Joyce Davis in Hillrose, Colorado on June 27, 1954. To this union one daughter was born.

Robert was a member of the Eagles Club. He loved to fish and play pool. He also enjoyed nature, hunting and bird watching.

Survivors include his daughter, Joyce Fishel of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and special friend, Pam Wheeler of McCook, Nebraska.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn; parents; sisters, Odetta Sharp, Lee Fishel and Mae Fishel; brother, Randy Fishel; and brothers-in-law, KJ Moore and Dale Sharp.

Memorials are suggested to the charity of choice.
