Woman pleads not guilty to keying car

McCOOK, Nebraska -- A McCook woman pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of criminal mischief, April 30, in Red Willow County District Court.

The woman, 20-year-old Tasha L. Booker of 401 Park Ave., is accused of causing more than $1,800 in damage to a vehicle during a January 2012 incident on West First Street.

According to court documents the damage appeared to be caused by a vehicle key or other metal object.

A motions hearing was scheduled in the case for 10:15 a.m. on June 4, 2012.
