Accidents

APRIL 27, 2012:

6:11 p.m., 800 block of East F Street -- vehicle driven by Joshua S. Mercer-Detty, 18, 205 West P Street, while backing from a garage, struck a telephone pole owned by Qwest. The collision caused an estimated $200 in vehicle damage and $500 in property damage.

MAY 1, 2012:

10:22 a.m., 1902 West B Street -- a vehicle driven by Rosemary Finneman, 74, Bartley, Nebraska, while exiting a parking space, collided mirrors with a parked vehicle owned by Michael E. Anthony, age unavailable, 612 Norris Avenue. The collision caused an estimated $200 in combined vehicle damage.

Found Dog: A gray female Yorkshire Terrier was found on the 400 Block of West Fourth and brought to the Humane Society on May 4.
