TULSA, Oklahoma -- Verl James Williams, 77, passed from this life on April 14, 2012 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Verl was born on August 15, 1934, in Lebanon, Nebraska, to Ira Andrew and Matilda Mae (Fisher) Williams. He was the Williams & Associates Real Estate owner and broker.

He was preceded in death by his parents and eight brothers and sisters. Verl is survived by his wife, Betty Williams; daughter, Renee Newman and husband, Louis and son, Douglas James Williams and wife, Meleigha; granddaughter, Gracie Ming Hong; sister, Lois Pennell of Grand Island, Nebraska; brother, Robert Williams of Chapman, Maine; and numerous nieces and nephews

Funeral service will be 12:30 p.m. Thursday, April 19, 2012, at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel in Broken Arrowm, Oklahoma.
