IMPERIAL, Nebraska -- Arrie Anna Bentz, 89, died Thursday (April 12, 2012), at the Imperial Manor Nursing Home..

Survivors include her son, Rand Levy and wife, Donna, of Champion, Nebraska; daughter, Dorothy McKenzie and husband, Tom, of San Bernardino, California; son-in-law, Bob Jones of Wauneta, Nebraska; four grandchildren and fourgreat-grandchildren.

Funeral services are Monday, April 16, 2012, at 10:30 a.m.. (MT) at the United Methodist Church of Imperial, with the Rev. Fred Andersen officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery in Imperial.

Visitation will be Sunday, April 15, from 2- 6 p.m. (MT) at the funeral home in Imperial.

A memorial has been established to the United Methodist Church of Imperial, the Imperial Manor Nursing Home and Chase County Hospital.
