SCOTTSBLUFF, Nebraska -- Nancy L. Jones died Friday, April 6, 2012, at Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff at the age of 69.

She was born on Sept. 25, 1942, at Lebanon, Nebraska, to Floyd and Martha Aller. Her younger years were spent in Lebanon where she graduated high school in 1960. In that same year, Nancy married the love of her life, James Jones. on Nov. 26, 1960. To this union three children were born.

She was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church.

Nancy is survived by her three children, Jimmy (Diane) Jones of Hastings, Nebraska, Rhonda (Jerry) Graham of Gering, Nebraska, and Lori (Doug) Stolz of Burlington, Colorado, her eight grandchildren, Megan, Kasey and Adam Jones, Morgan and Ben Graham, and Kyle, Dustin and Lex Daugherty, and her nine great grandchildren. She is also survived by one sister, Pat Dold of McCook, Nebraska, and one brother, Randall Aller of Mitchell, Nebraska.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 50 years; her infant son, Terry Lynn; two brothers and one sister.

Nancy was a nurturing and caring mother and a good and generous friend to many. She will be greatly missed by family, friends and neighbors.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 10, at 10:30 a.m. at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Alliance with Reverend Martin T. Schnare and Reverend Richard C. Mueller officiating. Graveside services will be Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. CDT at the Lebanon Cemetery at Lebanon, Nebraska. Visitation will be Monday from 1-7 p.m. at the Bates-Gould Funeral Home.
