OBERLIN, Kansas -- Dixie M.Goltl, 76, died Wednesday (March 28, 2012), at Decatur Health Systems in Oberlin.

She was born June 24, 1935, to Gordon and Esther (Leitner) Rathburn in Traer, Kansas.

She graduated from Decatur Community High School in 1953 and McCook Beauty Academy.

She married Wayne Goltl Oct. 3, 1954. She managed Home Planning Center in Oberlin for 30 years. She was a member of the United Methodist Church, Lioness Club, Mini Sappa Antique Club, Decatur County Museum and Decatur Saddle Club.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon and Esther Rathburn; brother, Gary Rathburn and brother-in-law, Bennie Krizek.

Survivors include her husband, Wayne Goltl of Oberlin; daughter, Dana and husband, Marlin Marintzer of Oberlin; brother, Larry and wife, Jacki Rathburn of McCook, Nebraska and sister, DeeAnna Krizek of Oberlin.

Services are Saturday, March 31, 2012, at Pauls Funeral Home with the Rev. Linda Willey officiating. Interment is at the Oberlin Cemetery.

Visitation is Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday, 8 a.m. until time of service, at Pauls Funeral Home.

Memorials may be given to the Decatur Health Systems.
